Pilote’s renamed budget range Joa by Pilote will consist of seven low-profile motorhome models for the 2027 season, including two new models that feature a transverse washroom.

Three campervan models will complete the new-look Fiat-based range, which had a sneak preview at the Caravan and Motorhome Show in February.

All 2027 models come with automatic transmission as standard.

The two new motorhome models, both 7.45m long, are the the 75QB, which will appeal to fans of island bed motorhomes, and the 75TB, which has fixed single beds.

The 7.39m-long 75T and 75Q, both with a side washroom with a swinging partition, are continuing, as are the 6.99m-long 70T and 70Q. The 5.99m-long 60F completes the range.

The three campervans include the fixed single bed CV 63T, the transverse bed CV 60G, and the 5.41m-long 54G.

Previously known as Joa Camp, the Joa by Pilote range has been rechristened to emphasise that it is produced in the same factory as the more expensive Pilote range.

The rebranding has also led to a change of colour: previously known for making much use of blue, the vans now come with a red logo, once again designed to emphasise the link with Pilote. There are also russet red scatter cushions inside.

The company has taken advantage of the rebranding to design new front lounges as well. These now come with two-tone upholstery.

The new washrooms in the low profiles are based on the washrooms that already exist in Pilote’s Ford-based Atlas range, such as the Pilote Atlas A690GJ.

This season, Joa by Pilote garages are slightly larger too.

Other 2027 releases include the interior redesign which Pilote’s campervan range has undergone. The change has happened to provide more harmony between the different areas in the ‘vans.

Upmarket brand Le Voyageur has also given its motorhomes a complete interior refit for 2027. The redesign has been done to achieve “more fluid flow and sense of space”, the manufacturer has said.
